Oh the Humanity!

iBook logic board number 4 has started to flake out. Tomorrow morning, AppleCare’s “consumer relation” division (or whatever they’re called) will have to deal with me — and I’m not taking no for an answer.

    Good luck giving Apple hell tomorrow – I hope they send you a new computer by the end of the week. With all the crap you’ve been through with the book over the past year, you deserve it.
