Besides laying some people off work, what did this group actually do? The whole video shows the classic, I'm angry mob, but didn't say what the big violation was? The other things they did after involving meetings and ignoring stuff was clearly wrong but that all arose due to the initial mistake. What was it? I'm glad I'm done with this stuff.
