Although, it does seem like the kind of thing that would happen to you. :( The same thing happened to me last year. There was absolutely NO damage on either car, but the woman came out of the car yelling about wiplash. I told her that since we were in the middle of the intersection we should move out of the way and pull into the parking lot just a few feet ahead of us, and then she yelled at me for trying to move the evidence, or something else equally as stupid. The thing that made me really scared was that it happend just a block away from Seven Oaks Hospital, and when we started up again, she pulled into the hospital. It made me think she was going to the emergency room for the "wiplash", even though I hardley hit the car at all. Nothing came of it, but it freaked me out pretty good! Steve, you think WAY too much. Really....everything about your story is the same as mine. The bad news is the person claimed damages even though there was nothing visibly wrong and I paid $200 on my licence. Sucks. Yo
